Take a large frying pan and cover the bottom with flour and salt. Sear on high temperature until the flour is nicely browned, then take the juice from the bottom of the roast pan and add it to the flour. Mix continuously until thick. You may add a small amount of corn starch and water mixture to speed up the thickening process but please add salt accordingly not to lose any flavour.
